Control, notify, and approve learning units efficiently

nectar LMS supports a variety of workflow types, with the most common being mandatory learning units and approval processes.

Mandatory Units: Mandatory units are clearly marked and accompanied by automatic messages to learners, emphasizing their importance. If learners fail to complete these units on time, escalation workflows automatically notify their supervisors.

Approval Workflows: Approval workflows can also be activated, requiring learners to receive authorization from a supervisor or system administrator before accessing a learning unit. These approval processes can be multi-step, with up to five levels of approval possible before the learner can begin the unit, ensuring complete control and compliance.
