Manage user access with precision

nectar LMS includes a variety of standard roles, such as Learner, Instructor, Supervisor, Administrator, Tutor, Organizer, Personal Representative, Comment Moderator, and Super Administrator. With the exception of Tutors and Organizers — which are group-bound roles — all roles are assigned directly in the user profile, and users can hold multiple roles simultaneously. Roles are also client-specific, meaning that when users have access to multiple clients, their permissions can differ per client.

If your organization has unique requirements, custom roles can also be created in nectar LMS, either system-wide or restricted to specific topics, with no limit to the number of custom roles.

The role system ensures your data remains secure, only granting authorized users access to specific information, while controlling how users interact with the system — providing just the right level of access to perform their job efficiently.
