nectar LMS lets you organize learners by your internal criteria to deliver the right training to the right people. Its flexible group structure supports main groups and multiple levels of subgroups, making it easy to target the exact users you need.

When combined with assignment conditions, learners can be automatically added or removed from groups, ensuring their access to learning units is always perfectly tailored to your needs. Users can belong to multiple groups and subgroups, with group-specific roles such as Tutor for content or Organizer for seminars.

Each group can have custom branding, including backgrounds and visual styles, and the main menu can be personalized to show just the relevant tiles, creating a fully customized learning experience for each audience.

Groups can also be imported directly from your personnel management system, replicating your internal organizational structure within nectar LMS. This makes setup fast, accurate, and fully aligned with your existing teams and hierarchies.
