nectar LMS includes a comprehensive tool to manage your event locations, individual rooms, and resources. Rooms and resources can be assigned to specific locations to keep availability and assignments up to date.
While creating meetings, an integrated calendar view shows the availability of selected rooms and resources, helping you avoid conflicts and double bookings. You can also assign costs to resources, which are automatically calculated into the meeting costs.
A complete overview is available in the Roomplan, which gives you a full view of all events by day and location.
