Once a user is assigned the Instructor role, you can set an hourly rate that is automatically included in your event cost calculations. Instructors also receive personalized dashboards where they can view all of their seminars, meetings, and upcoming events at a glance.

Instructors can add personal events to their calendars, which will then appear as “busy” during seminar and meeting scheduling — helping you avoid conflicts and streamline planning.

For every meeting, you can assign an instructor directly or request an instructor to participate. Instructors can then accept or decline the request, with a notification sent back to the meeting creator along with a message.
